| Safety benefits everyone: the customer, the contractor, the company and the workers on the job site. We maintain safety on the job site with education on the workers’ responsibilities toward everyone around them, with training about safe practices in and around the job site, and incentives that promote and reward a lack of accidents on the job site. |

| Our OSHA-endorsed safety program involves a rigorous safety-training course for all new employees and quarterly Review & Update sessions for current employees. All employees, regardless of skill, are required to pass our certification process for each tool before they are authorized to use any pieces of powered equipment. |
|
| Our superintendents are cross-trained as safety officers. As a superintendent visits each job site every day in the course of quality control, the superintendent will also evaluate the job site and the plumbers to ensure a safe work environment. |
